Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink is a real delicacy, perfect for many excellent "marinare" recipes and for dishes that are always fascinating as well as good. We suggest preparing them with a seafood sauce (fry some garlic and extra virgin olive oil, add 500g of shelled clams and 4 ripe San Marzano tomatoes. Drain the pasta halfway through cooking and finish cooking it in the pan by adding a few ladles of cooking water. Serve with plenty of fresh parsley and a drizzle of spicy extra virgin olive oil), strictly accompanied by a glass of Bombino di Gravina or other chilled white wine!
