DESCRIPTION

A dish that captures the authentic flavors of the Trentino-Alto Adige mountains. Our Tyrolean Soup combines carefully selected ingredients, creating a perfect balance of rich taste and comforting warmth. A recipe that brings the mountain tradition and the passion for genuine Northern Italian cuisine to your table.




PREPARATION

1) In a non-stick pan bring 1 liter of water to a boil with 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
2) pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) Season with salt, add grated cheese, a cube of butter and let rest for 1 minute before serving.

SUGGESTIONS

add 4 thin slices of speck and 100 g of diced Asiago cheese just before serving.
