Simple Preparation for Gourmet Results

PREPARATION:

1. In a non-stick pot, bring 700ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil
2. Add entire packet of ingredients
3. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Add more water if needed
5. Remove lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and sauce is creamy
6. Season with salt, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and let stand 1 minute before serving

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance with additional extra virgin olive oil and optional Parmesan cheese before serving.
