DESCRIPTION

Polenta with porcini mushrooms is a simple yet flavorful dish, perfect as a starter or a main course. Ideal for anyone looking to prepare a complete, light, and tasty meal in just a few minutes.

PREPARATION

bring 1 litre of water to the boil with 4 tablespoons of oil or butter.
Before the water begins to boil, slowly pour in the contents of the package, stirring constantly until the polenta begins to pull away from the sides of the pot (about 7 minutes). Serve by spreading it out on a platter and letting it cool for a few minutes.

SUGGESTIONS

Season the polenta before serving with 60 grams of butter and 100 grams of diced Asiago cheese.
