Our bucatini all’Amatriciana tell the story of Lazio’s Amatrice, where crispy guanciale and ripe tomatoes create a perfect balance of bold and genuine flavors. A dish full of character, celebrating the history and authenticity of Roman cuisine.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 700 ml of water to a boil in a non-stick pan.

2) Pour the contents of the bag, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

3) Top with 100g of fried bacon and grated pecorino cheese.
