DESCRIPTION

A dish that reinterprets the famous American recipe in a plant-based version. Linguine are enveloped in a velvety, animal-free sauce, enriched with delicate aromatics and Mediterranean scents, for a rich and balanced taste. A recipe that brings the passion and history of international cuisine to your table in a vegan version.

PREPARATION

1) In a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 600 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.

2) Pour the contents of the bag, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary.

3)Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 or more minutes until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy.

4) Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let rest for 1 minute before serving.

SUGGESTIONS

add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water.
