"Pennette pasta cacio e pepe" from the brand Tiberino represents a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy an authentic Roman dish, ready in a few minutes. Each pack contains everything you need to prepare a real chef's recipe: top quality pasta, selected pepper and a packet of cheese in order to enrich the dish with the right balance of flavours. 

PREPARATION: Bring to a boil 700ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons oil in a non-stick pot or pan. 
Pour the contents of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add more water if required. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Add salt and extra virgin olive oil and let it rest for 1 minute before serving.

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 glass of white wine into the boiling water. 

WINE PAIRING: Merlot or other red wines.

INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, water) 70%, "grated freeze-dried cheese"(MILK, salt, rennet 98%, PARMESAN 2% hard CHEESE (packed separately 20g)), salt, black pepper. May contain traces of: other cereals containing GLUTEN, ALMONDS, HAZELNUT, SOY, TUNA, MUSTARD, SQUID, EGGS. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place and away from light sources. Produced with dehydrated ingredients.

Origin of pasta: Italy. The product must be consumed after cooking.
