DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 600 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. 
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium heat UNTIL THE WATER HAS BEEN COMPLETELY ABSORBED (about 12 minutes). Season to taste, drizzle with plenty of olive oil and sauté the spaghetti until completely dry and crispy (about 8 minutes).

SUGGESTIONS: serve with roasted bread crumbs and a burrata.
