DIRECTIONS: Bring 650 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.  
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY (about 2 minutes). Season to taste, add 2 tablespoons of warm water before serving with extra virgin olive oil.

SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 4 thiny slices of pig meat, some garbanzos.

WINE PAIRING: Chardonnay.

INGREDIENTS: Basmati rice 86%, vegetal broth (salt, SOYA and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, CELERY, tomato), corn seed oil), raisin 2,5%, curry 1.8%, tomato,coconut, onion, carrot, CELERY, leek, turmeric, chives, garlic, extravirgin olive oil, black pepper. May contain trace of: GLUTEN, ALMOND, HAZELNUT, TUNA, MUSTARD, SQUID, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives. Keep in dry, cool and dark place. Origin of rice: NOT EU. Produced with dehydrated ingredients. The product must be consumed after cooking.
