DIRECTIONS: bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY (around 2 minutes). Stir spontaneously at convenience during cooking. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and add optional grated cheese before serving.
SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 4 anchovies and serve with roasted bread crumbs.
