Plant-based "Boscaiola" casserole with soy pieces, porcini mushrooms & creamy mashed potatoes

DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 650 ml of water and 2 tbsp oil. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste, drizzle with oil and serve.
MICROWAVING: pour the content of the pouch in a large bowl, add 20,3 fl.oz(600 ml) of water and 2 tbsp oil. Microwave on medium heat (750w) for about 12 min.
SUGGESTIONS: add your favorite cereal and fresh veggies for a perfectly balanced meal.
