Bronze-cut Spaghetti "Boscaiola" with porcini mushrooms & tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS: bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.
Add the contents of the package and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Cover and cook on medium heat UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY (around 12/14 minutes). Stir spontaneously at convenience during cooking. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and add optional grated cheese before serving.
SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 100g minced meat & some nuts.
WINE PAIRING: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or light red wines.
