Cornmeal (Polenta) with porcini mushrooms

DIRECTIONS: in a large pot bring to boil 1 liter of water and 4 tbsp olive oil or butter.
Before the water will boil, stir gradually the content of the packet and melt continuosly untill the Polenta will have reached the desired doneness (ABOUT 7 MINUTES).
SUGGESTIONS: before serving add 60g butter and 100g diced Asiago cheese.
WINE PAIRING: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or red, medium body wines.
