Sicilian couscous with vegetables, single serving, quick cooking Italian dry meal for outdoor

Cooking takes just 10 minutes and can be done adding boiling water directly into the packaging, so you don't have to mess up your equipment, and meal prep is quick and easy.
Directions:
1) Add 1 cup of boiling water to the bag up to the 8 mark (see left gradation). (CAUTION: THE PACKET WILL BE HOT!)
2) Mix well, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes (CAUTION: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET!).
3) Add more water if necessary.
4) Cut the pouch, open and enjoy!
Ingredients: cus cus (durum WHEAT semolina, water) 57%, SOY granules 10%, potato flakes, broth (Salt, extract for SOY and maize protein broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): maize seed oil.), pumpkin, broccoli, zucchini, tomato, onion, carrot, leek, extra virgin olive oil, chives, black pepper. Contains: WHEAT, SOY. Processed in a facility that also processes ALMONDS, HAZELNUT, TUNA, PINE NUTS, COCONUTS, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives.
Keep in dry, cool and dark place.
The product must be consumed after cooking.
