We have created this recipe with a touch of Mediterranean cuisine.

Extremely easy to use, cooks directly in the packaging just adding boilng water directly in the pouch. 100% natural, 100% good.

Perfect in all situations where you want to prepare a hot (or cold) meal without having a real kitchen.

Excellent for survival and emergency kits.


1) Add 1 cup of boiling water into the pouch up to level 8 (see gradation on the left). (CAUTION: THE BAG WILL BE HOT!)

2) Mix well, close the pouch with the zip and let it rest for 10 minutes (CAUTION: DO NOT SHAKE THE BAG!).

3) Add more water if necessary.

4) Cut the bag and enjoy!

Ingredients: cus cus (durum WHEAT semolina, water) 59.5%, no-gmo SOY granules 24%, broth (iodized salt, SOY and maize proteins extract for vegetal broth, dehydrated vegetables in varyiable proportion (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): corn oil.), potato, rice flour, carrot, tomato, onion, leek, pepper, paprika, curry 0.25%, turmeric, chives, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. Contains: WHEAT, SOYBEANS. Processed in a facility that also processes ALMONDS, HAZELNUT, TUNA, PINE NUTS, COCONUTS, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives. Keep in dry, cool and dark place. The product must be consumed after cooking.
