When you wake up in the middle of nature there is nothing better than to immediately fill up with energy. And what better than oatmeal with chocolate to do it?

Oats are a source of slow-digesting carbohydrates, so it is able to provide energy for a long time avoiding insulin spikes.

Preparing your porridge will be very simple, just pour hot (or cold) water (or milk if you prefer) into the bag to prepare a healthy and nutritious breakfast in a few seconds.



1) Add boiling water or hot water or milk (1/2 and 1/4 cup) to the bag until you reach level 7.3 (see graduation on the left) - ATTENTION THE BAG WILL BE HOT.

2) Mix well, close the bag with the zip and let it rest for 3/5 minutes (DO NOT SHAKE THE BAG!) Add more water if necessary.

3) Cut the bag and enjoy!


Ingredients: Whole OATS flakes 70%, vanilla sugar (sugar, corn starch 3%, vanillin 0.04%), cocoa powder (acidity regulator: potassium carbonate E501, vanillin.) 8.5%, ALMOND grains. Contains: WHEAT, ALMONDS. Processed in a facility that also processes SOYBEANS, HAZELNUT, TUNA, PINE NUTS, COCONUTS, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives.

Keep in dry, cool and dark place.
The product must be consumed after cooking.
