Prepared with soy pieces, smoked sweet paprika and only natural ingredients, vegan goulash is perfect for loading up on plant-based proteins without overburdening digestion.

Especially indicated for dinner, it can be prepared in a few minutes simply adding boiling water to the package without dirtying any of your equipment.

The ultra compact packaging, low weight and long shelf life make it perfect for any situation such as: trekking, camping, camper, boat or emergency.


1) Add boiling water (1 and 1/4 cup) to the bag until it reaches the 12.5 level (see graduation on the left). (WARNING: THE BAG WILL BE HOT!)
2) Mix well, zip the bag up and let it sit for 10 minutes (DO NOT SHAKE THE BAG!) Add more water if needed.
3) Cut the bag and enjoy!

Ingredients: SOY chunks 48%, Pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, water), potato flakes, tomato, paprika, broth ( Salt, SOY and corn vegetable protein broth extract, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (onion , carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, potato, tomato): corn oil), onion, extra virgin olive oil, fennel seeds, black pepper.  Contains: WHEAT, SOY. Processed in a facility that also processes ALMONDS, HAZELNUT, TUNA, PINE NUTS, COCONUTS, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives.

Keep in dry, cool and dark place.
The product must be consumed after cooking.
