Suggestions: brown lentils are ideal for a single dish if served with equal amounts of rice or pasta but can also be used in the preparation of soups to be served with garlic croutons, here is the recipe for a vegetarian lentil soup but first remember to wash and select them to avoid a pebble ending up in your dish!
