DIRECTIONS: bring 1Liter water and 3 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet.  
Add the contents of the package and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Cover and cook for about 18 minutes. Stir spontaneously at convenience during cooking. Season to taste, add 1 or 2 tbsp warm water before serving with butter or oil for drizzling. 

SUGGESTIONS: cook with 1/2Liter water and 1/2Liter tomato sauce. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and serve with garlic bread and black pepper or chili pepper.

WINE PAIRING: Primitivo or other red wines.

INGREDIENTS: SPELT 70%, decorticated red lentils 20%, vegetal broth (salt, SOY and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, CELERY, tomato), corn seed oil), tomatoes, carrot, CELERY, leek, paprika, onion, parsley, garlic, extravirgin olive oil, black pepper.  May contain traces of: other cereals containing GLUTEN, ALMOND, HAZELNUT, TUNA, MUSTARD, SQUID, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives. Keep in dry, cool and dark place. Origin of spelt: EU. Produced with dehydrated ingredients. The product must be consumed after cooking.
