NO-GMO Soy, tomato sauce, olives, capers and a pinch of oregano are are the basic ingredients of this Italian classic recipe.

100% natural, single serving meal, perfect for a quick cooking just adding boiling water to the packaging. Great for outdoor activities, sailing, trekking, camping and more.

Preparation: 1) Add 1 amd 1/d cup ml of boiling water to the bag until you reach the 12.5 level (see graduation on the left). (WARNING: THE BAG WILL BE HOT!)
2) Mix well, close the bag and let it rest for 10 minutes (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE BAG!).
3) Add more water if necessary.
4) Cut the bag and enjoy!

Ingredients: Soy (textured SOY flour) 47%, pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, water), tomato 13%, potato flakes, broth (salt, SOY and corn vegetable protein broth extract, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, CELERY, tomato): corn oil.), extra virgin olive oil, onion, oregano 1%, black pepper.Contains: WHEAT, SOY.
