DIRECTIONS: Bring 650 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.  
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water as needed. Remove the lid and keep cooking for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let it rest for 1 minute before serving.

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. During cooking add 2 anchovies fillets. Add some butter before serving.

WINE PAIRING: Sangiovese or other red wines.

INGREDIENTS: Egg pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS  20%, water) 86,5%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 4,7%,  vegetal broth (Iodized salt: 45.8%, SOY and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, CELERY, tomato): 19%, corn seed oil), rice flour, garlic, carrot, CELERY, onion, leek, parsley, extravirgin olive oil, black pepper. May contain trace of: other cereals containing GLUTEN, ALMOND, HAZELNUT, TUNA, SQUID, MUSTARD. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives. Keep in dry, cool and dark place. COOKING TIME: 10/12 minutes


Pappardelle egg pasta are one of the best pasta to be served with porcini mushrooms and fresh parsley: the ideal combination between smell and taste.

Preparation: bring 1/3 cup of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed. 

Useful tips: during cooking add 1/2 glass of white wine and 2 anchovies fillets.

Wine: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or medium bodied red wine.
