DIRECTIONS: Bring 850 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan.
Add the contents of the package and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Cover and cook on medium heat UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY (around 18/20 minutes). For a softer texture sdd more water and keep cooking . Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and add optional grated cheese before serving
SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Before serving, add 1 tbsp of Gorgonzola cheese, some nuts and 2 tbsp heavy cream.
