Polenta with porcini mushrooms single serving Italian dry meal for outdoor
This Potato Pie with Porcini mushrooms will be a great one-dish meal for your outdoor days.
Ready in a few minutes with just the addition of boiling water (or milk) directly into the package.

1) Add 300ml of boiling water to the bag until the level 12.5 (see gradation on the left). (CAUTION: THE BAG WILL BE HOT!)
2) Mix well, close the bag and let it rest for 10 minutes (CAUTION: DO NOT SHAKE THE BAG!).
3) Add more water if necessary.
4) Cut the bag and enjoy!
