Oat meal with raisins & almonds, single serving Italian breakfast for outdoor
When you wake up in the middle of nature there is nothing better than to immediately fill up with energy. And what better than oat meal to do that?
Oat is a source of slow digesting carbohydrates able to provide energy for a long time avoiding insulin spikes.
Preparing your breakfast will be very simple, just pour hot (or cold) water (or milk if you prefer) into the pouch and enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast in a few seconds.
1) Add boiling water or hot water or milk (180 ml) to the bag until you reach level 7.3 (see graduation on the left) - ATTENTION THE BAG WILL BE HOT.
2) Mix well, close the bag with the zip and let it rest for 3/5 minutes (DO NOT SHAKE THE BAG!) Add more water if necessary.
3) Cut the bag and enjoy!
