Amalfi Risotto with Orange Zest is made with a blend of Italian premium rice,  orange zest and a blend of fine herbs. All of these ingredients are included in the same package, making it a convenient and easy meal to prepare.

This delicious risotto is cooked in one-pot and is ready in minutes. The orange zest adds a pleasant, citrusy flavour to the dish, making it a delightful and decidedly Italian experience.

The one-pot meal is ready in just three easy steps, making it an ideal choice for busy weeknights or romantic dinners.

DIRECTIONS: Bring 750 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. 
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 12 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY (about 2 minutes). Season to taste, add 2 tablespoons of warm water before serving with salted butter and gratd cheese. 

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Cook like a classic risotto adding the water a little at a time. While cooking, add 80g of turkey breast or 6 king prawns.

WINE PAIRING: Chardonnay or other white wines.

INGREDIENTS: Italian rice superfino 86%, orange 6,5%, vegetal broth (Salt, SOY and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, CELERY, tomato), corn seed oil),carrot, CELERY, onion, garlic, parsley, chive, extravirgin olive oil, black pepper, turmeric. May contain trace of : GLUTEN, ALMOND, HAZELNUT, TUNA, MUSTARD, SQUID, EGG. Does not contain glutamate added, chemical additives or animal derivatives.
Keep in dry, cool and dark place. Origin of rice: Italy. Produced with dehydrated ingredients. The product must be consumed after cooking.

A great risotto that will remind you of the Amalfi's coast and its wonderful gardens. Enjoy a unique taste experience! 

Preparation: bring to a boil 3 cups of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Stir in the content of the package, cover and simmer until the water is completely absorbed. Alternatively cook this one-pot risotto as a traditional risotto, gradually adding water or broth during cooking until desired texture is reached.

Suggestions: serve with delicious roasted turkey stripes or minced prawns. For a creamier risotto, add 2 or more tbsp of your favorite grated cheese or some cream/butter once cooked.

Wine-paring: Galatina Bianco DOC  or any other medium-bodied white wine.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, orange zest, fennel seeds, aromatic herbs, vegetal broth without glutamate.
