The Italian 3-Colors Spaghetti with Mediterranean Herbs is perfect for enjoying a real Italian pasta dish at home without spending too much time in the kitchen or buying lots of ingredients.

The package contains all the necessary ingredients, and it only takes a few minutes to cook.

DIRECTIONS: Bring 650 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.  
Add the contents of the package and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Cover and cook UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED (about 10/12 minutes). Add a ladle of boiling water for a softer doneness. Season to taste, add 2 tbsp warm water and serve with olive oil for drizzling.

SUGGESTIONS: add 3 anchovies and some sesame seeds during cooking; serve with roasted bread crumbs.
WINE PAIRING: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or light red wines.

INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, tomato 4% if red,  spinach 3% if green, water) 88%, tomato, salt, onion, carrot, CELERY, garlic, parsley, paprika, chives, extra virgin olive oil. May contain trace of: other cereals containing GLUTEN, ALMOND, HAZELNUT, SOY, TUNA, MUSTARD, SQUID, EGG. It does not contain added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
