Durum wheat semolina pasta - 500g

Tips: Strozzapreti pasta is delicious if you garnish it with tomato sauce, so we suggest you this recipe: fry 2 cloves of garlic in extra virgin olive oil and then remove them . Cut 1/4 onion adding it in a pan with 500g San Marzano tomatoes, 4 anchovies, 1/2 spoon hot pasta water. Cover and cook over a high heat for 10 minutes. Drain pasta al dente, add it in the fry pan adding 2 tbsp grated pecorino Romano cheese. Serve with chili pepper, some leaves of fresh basil and a glass of glaced white wine.
