DESCRIPTION
Tiberino Trecciuzze are small braided Apulian taralli, golden, crisp and finished with two whole toasted almonds. They are made for the aperitivo moment: that small Italian ritual where good wine, good food and good conversation meet without needing too many words.
Their texture is fragrant and crunchy, with a savoury flavour balanced by the warm, toasted note of the almonds. Serve them with cheese, olives, antipasti, cured meats or a glass of chilled white wine.
