      DESCRIPTION

      The recipe for bucatini alla Amatriciana has several variations, we obviously offer you ours, in which you will find everything you need to prepare an exquisite dish of vegan Bucatini all'Amatriciana in a single package.

      PREPARATION : In a non-stick pan or pot, bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil. Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let stand for 1 minute before serving.

      TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the boiling water. Serve with plenty of pecorino romano and black pepper.

      WINE PAIRING : Merlot or other full-bodied red wine.

      INGREDIENTS : pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 84%, tomato 7%, non-GMO soy granules 5%, salt, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, parsley, paprika, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil. May contain traces of: other cereals containing gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, soy, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. Does not contain added glutamate, chemical ingredients.

      Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

      Made with dehydrated ingredients. To be consumed after cooking.
