“Alfredo” Linguine (Plant Based Gourmet)

1) In a non-stick pan or pot, bring 600 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil.

2) Pour in the contents of the pouch, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary.

3) Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 or more minutes until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy.

4) Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let rest for 1 minute before serving.
