DESCRIPTION

Our Baresi orecchiette meet broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes, a typical combination from Apulian tradition that unites land and sun. A genuine and comforting dish that tells the story of the simple flavors of Bari and the love for handmade pasta.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 650 ml of water to a boil in a non-stick pan.
2) Pour the contents of the package, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil.

SUGGESTIONS

Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the cooking water. Add 50g of toasted or fried bread cubes just before serving. Serve with extra virgin olive oil.
