With this ready-to-cook recipe you can finally prepare an excellent side dish for your favorite second courses or you can also use it to prepare a simply delicious potato gâteau!

 

All the natural ingredients you need are already in the same package: top quality potato flakes, dried porcini mushrooms and a mix of herbs and spices that will allow you to prepare perfect mashed potatoes in just a few minutes without the need for other ingredients.

PREPARATION : pour 1/2 liter of water and 1/2 liter of whole milk into a pan.
Pour in the contents of the package, stirring continuously. Cook on a moderate heat for approximately 7/9 minutes or until you reach the desired consistency.

TIPS : Season with fresh butter, let it rest for a few minutes and serve as a side dish or use it to prepare pizzas and timbales.

WINE PAIRING : Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or red, still, light, even new wines.
