The "Nasi Goreng" is a traditional Indonesian recipe with rice to which many other ingredients can be included varying from meat to fish or vegetables.

Our vegetarian version does not include any ingredients of animal origin but only NO-GMO soy chunks, vegetables, basmati rice, curry and coconut.

Ready to cook in a few minutes, in a pot or in the microwave, vegan Nasi Goreng is 100% natural, easy to cook and very delicious.

Its mild taste and savory undertones make it an ideal meal for an original dinner party or for a meal to take to work.

PREPARATION: bring to a boil 650 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of  olive oil. Then add the package ingredients, cover the pot and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Adjust salt and season with extra virgin olive oil.

MICROWAVE COOKING: put the package ingredients in a bowl, add 600ml of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then cook over a medium-high power (750 w) for 12 minutes.

TIPS: add your favorite carbs and fresh vegetables for a well-balanced meal.

WINE-PAIRING: red wines.

INGREDIENTS: soy chunks 53%, vegetable mix 18.5% (eggplant, zucchini, celery, onion, carrot, tomato, potato, leek, garlic), basmati rice, white beans, vegetable broth (iodized salt: 45.8%, soy and corn protein extraction for broth 29% , dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, potato, tomato): 19%, corn seed oil), tomato, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, ginger, coconut. It may contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, celery, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
