DESCRIPTION

This dry mixture of vegetables, packaged in a convenient 35 g plastic container , is the essential ingredient for preparing in a second an authentic Italian “Soffritto” perfect for tomato sauce and any other cooking broth.

Dry Soffritto offers you all the convenience of having a tasty, perfectly balanced base on hand that you can always count on.
Prepared with carrots, celery, garlic and onion, without chemical additives, colorings or preservatives.
The transparent plastic jar with the screw cap will preserve the fragrance of the sauce, avoiding spreading it everywhere in your pantry.

DIRECTIONS : cover the bottom of the pan with extra virgin olive oil, ½ glass of white wine and 1 teaspoon of sauté base for every 2 portions, turn on the heat and let the wine evaporate, then continue with the preparation of your recipe.
