Easy to prepare and very delicious. Texture and consistency of the product were excellent. Anxious to try the other varieties from this product line. Definitely going to make this a regular and ongoing purchase.

Love the texture. Served it as addendum to cooked spinach; also used as a substitute for rice with a stir-fry.

Delicious! I made it a full meal adding a splash of wine to the cooking water, plus fresh spinach, grape tomatoes, Parmesan and fresh mozzarella cheese.
