After months of work and after facing many challenges that were not only related to food, but also to innovative packaging, microgravity, nutritional values and food preservation in extreme environments, we achieved an impossible mission: bringing Italian cuisine among the stars!

Drawing on our many collaborations in this field, we created a line of ready meals designed to be easily rehydrated and enjoyed in a simple, efficient way.

The OUTFOOD line includes breakfasts, first courses and main dishes, including vegan options, created for outdoor enthusiasts and professionals.
