DESCRIPTION

Our Pennette all’Amatriciana tell the story of the Lazio tradition from Amatrice, where crispy guanciale and ripe tomatoes create a perfect balance of strong and authentic flavors. A dish rich in character, celebrating the history and authenticity of Roman cuisine.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 700ml of water to the boil in a non-stick pan.

2) Pour the contents of the bag, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil.
