Riz Carnaroli au curry et raisins secs

1 ) Dans une poêle antiadhésive, porter à ébullition
750 ml d’eau et 2 cuillères à soupe ou plus
d’huile d’olive extra vierge.

2 ) Verser le contenu du sachet, couvrir et cuire
à feu moyen-doux pendant 16 minutes, en ajoutant
un peu d’eau si nécessaire. Retirer le couvercle et
poursuivre la cuisson pendant 2 minutes ou plus,
jusqu’à ce que l’assaisonnement devienne crémeux.

3 ) Assaisonner avec de l’huile d’olive extra vierge et
mélanger avec une noix de beurre.
