Una sapiente miscela di erbe ed aromi naturali tipici della cucina mediterranea, spaghetti tricolori impastati con pomodoro secco e spinaci: questo è tutto quello che occorre per questa ricetta semplice ma gustosissima, perfetta per un primo piatto veloce e leggero.

PREPARAZIONE: in una padella o pentola antiaderente porta a ebollizione 650ml di acqua e 2 o più cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva.
Versa il contenuto della busta, copri e cuoci su fuoco medio-basso per 10 minuti, rimestando di tanto in tanto. Aggiungi altra acqua se necessario. Togli il coperchio e continua a cuocere per 2 minuti o più fino a che l'acqua sarà quasi completamente assorbita e la salsa cremosa. Aggiusta di sale, aggiungi olio EVO e lascia riposare 1 minuto prima di servire.

SUGGERIMENTI: aggiungi 3 filetti di acciuga ed un cucchiaio di sesamo durante la cottura e servi con pangrattato tostato.

ABBINAMENTO VINO: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC o vini rossi, leggeri.
