DESCRIPTION

When you're in the mood for a good dinner but don't have much time or the desire to cook, the ready-to-cook pennette pasta with "Caponata" of eggplant, peppers, olives and capers in salt is the perfect recipe.

The ingredients you need to prepare a good pasta dish in just 3 easy steps are already inside the packet.

All the ingredients are 100% natural, the preparation is very simple and the final result is exquisite.

The pennette "Caponate" is a handy, quick and healthy alternative that will allow you to prepare a tasty, healthy and nutritious meal in just a few minutes.

PREPARATION: in a nonstick pan or pot, bring to boil 0.65 liters of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put the contents of the packet into the pot, cover it and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt, add extra olive oil and let stand 1 minute before serving.

TIPS: when cooking, add 2 tablespoons of ground meat and 1/4 glass of white wine.

WINE-PAIRING: light-bodied red wines.
