Zuppa Tirolese - Traditional Tyrolean Vegetable Soup

A dish that captures the authentic flavors of the Trentino-Alto Adige mountains. Our Tyrolean Soup combines carefully selected ingredients, creating a perfect balance of rich taste and comforting warmth. 1) Bring 1 liter of water to the boil with 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2) pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally
3) Season with salt, add grated cheese, a cube of butter and let rest for 1 minute before serving
