Simple Preparation for Gourmet Results

PREPARATION:

  1. In a non-stick pot, bring 750ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil.
  2. Add packet contents, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and texture is creamy.
  5. Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let rest 1 minute before serving.

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance your easy risotto recipe by adding 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. For traditional preparation, cook like classic risotto by gradually adding water. Finish with delicate extra virgin olive oil, parsley, white pepper, and toasted breadcrumbs.
