Simple Preparation for Maximum Flavor

PREPARATION:

  1. In a non-stick pot, bring 1 liter of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil.
  2. Add packet contents and cover.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Add grated cheese and a cube of butter, then let stand 1 minute before serving.

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance your pasta ball soup by adding 4 thin slices of speck (Italian smoked ham) and 100g of diced Asiago cheese before serving for an extra dimension of flavor.
