Vegan Texan Chili is made with NO-GMO soy chunks, beans, a delicious tomato sauce and smoked sweet paprika that gives the recipe its characteristic intense, enveloping flavor.

PREPARATION: in a nonstick pan or pot, bring to boil 650 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the packet contents into the pot, cover it and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and season with extra-virgin olive oil.

MICROWAVE: Place the contents of the packet in a bowl, add 600ml water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook on medium power (750 w) for 12 minutes.

SUGGESTIONS: add your favorite carbohydrate and fresh vegetables for a perfectly balanced dish.

WINE-PAIRING: red wines.
