PREPARATION: bring to boil 650 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the boil in a non-stick pan or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 9 minutes. Season with salt and season with oil.

MICROWAVE: pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 600ml of water and 2 tablespoons of oil, cook at medium power (750 w) for 12 minutes.

Secondo vegan buonissimi

Ho scoperto di recente i prodotti Tiberino e li ho provati quasi tutti quelli vegani e specialmente i secondi a base di soia sono veramente buoni e per chi, come me non ha molto tempo per cucinare sono una salvezza sia a livello di gusto e sia a livello di valori nutrizionali. Complimenti
