Are you looking for a tasty recipe that is simple to prepare and fast to cook? If you like the aromatic, sweet and slightly spicy taste that paprika gives to this recipe, our couscous version is just what you've been looking for. It is 100% natural, super easy to prepare, tasty and healthy. It can also be served as single-course meal by simply adding a canned tuna in olive oil or boiled chickpeas for a nourishing and vegetarian meal. Simply follow the instructions on the package to cook the couscous in a few minutes and with no need to add other ingredients.

PREPARATION: in a frying pan or nonstick pot, bring to boil 500ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put into the pot the packet ingredients, stirring for just 1 minute and cover the pot. Turn off the stove and let stand for about 7/9 minutes. Season to taste by adding grated cheese and olive oil before serving.

TIPS: add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Serve with 80g of veal stripes stir-fried with 1/2 glass of white wine.

WINE-PAIRING: still, medium-bodied red wines.

INGREDIENTS: couscous (durum wheat semolina, water) 85%, smoked paprika 4%, vegetable broth (salt, soy and corn protein extraction for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), tomato, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, celery, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
