Simple Preparation for Impressive Results

PREPARATION:

1. In a non-stick pot, bring 700ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil
2. Add entire packet contents, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Add more water if necessary
4. Remove lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and sauce is creamy
5. Season with salt, add olive oil, and let rest 1 minute before serving

CHEF'S TIPS: Add 1/4 glass of white wine to the cooking water. During cooking, enhance with 4 anchovy fillets. Serve with extra virgin olive oil and toasted breadcrumbs.
