With this ready-to-cook recipe you can finally prepare an excellent side dish for your favorite second courses or you can also use it to prepare a simply delicious potato gâteau!

 All the natural ingredients you need are already in the same packet: top quality potato flakes, dried porcini mushrooms and a mix of herbs and spices that will allow you to prepare perfect mashed potatoes in just a few minutes without the need for other ingredients.

PREPARATION: pour 1/2 liter of water and 1/2 liter of whole milk into a pot.
Add the packet contents in a steady stream, stirring all the ingredients continuously. Cook over a medium heat for about 7/9 minutes or until it reaches the desired compactness.

SUGGESTIONS: season with fresh butter, let it to stand for a few minutes and serve as a side dish or use it to make pies and timbale.

WINE-PAIRING: light-bodied red wines.

INGREDIENTS: potato flakes 90%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 6.4%, vegetable broth (salt, soy and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), garlic, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, leek, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of: gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
