The Orecchiette with a vegan ragu made with soy is a perfect solution for those who follow a diet regimen free from animal protein. A new recipe with an ancient taste that will make you fall in love!
All the ingredients are contained in one packet and preparing a gourmet pasta dish, delicious and healthy because it is 100% of natural origin, will be a breeze!
Simply follow the instructions on the label and in 10 / 12 minutes you will serve a real gourmet dish.
PREPARATION:in a frying pan or nonstick pot, bring to boil 750 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour into the pot the packet ingredients, cover it and cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Take the lid off the pot, then continue to cook for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let stand 1 minute before serving.
TIPS: add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Serve together with abundant pecorino romano cheese and black pepper.
