PREPARATION: in a nonstick pan or pot, bring to boil 0.65 liters of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put the contents of the packet into the pot, cover it and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy.
